Through an aggressive acquisition and development program, Urban has developed a diversified asset base comprised of five areas of operations: ArkLaTex, Fort Worth/Permian Basins, Illinois, Mid-Continent, and the Rockies.
The ArkLaTex area includes oil and gas producing properties at depths ranging from 2,000 feet - 12,000 feet in Arkansas, Louisiana, and East Texas. The area has stacked producing horizons with multiple opportunities for stimulation and recompletion work.
The Fort Worth & Permian Basin area consists of primarily oil properties with shallow declines in historically prolific areas of production. The Company has numerous opportunities in each field due to a large number of productive formations in these basins.
The Illinois Basin consists of shallow oil formations from 1,000 feet to 5,000 feet. Secondary and tertiary recovery techniques are utilized in many of these mature fields.
Our Mid-Continent area consists of Kansas, Oklahoma, and North Texas. Production ranges from shallow oil to deep gas. The properties have multiple producing formations with ample infill drilling and behind-pipe opportunities.
The Rockies area consists of production from the Powder River and Big Horn Basins. These assets are primarily oil. The production is from multiple formations with operational and conformance opportunities.
